TJ Williams Joins Brighton Park Capital as an Operating Partner
GREENWICH, Conn.--Brighton Park Capital (“Brighton Park”), an investment firm focused on entrepreneur-led, growth-stage companies within the software, healthcare, and tech services space, today announced the appointment of TJ Williams as Operating Partner.
With a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Williams brings a proven track record of transformative leadership within the technology sector. He has held sales leadership roles at various tech companies including Dropbox, Google, Degreed, Oracle and IBM, and specializes in scaling operations and accelerating go-to-market strategies. In January 2023, Mr. Williams founded Tamarack Growth Advisory, which embeds advisors and fractional leaders to empower B2B startups to achieve their go-to-market goals and drive revenue growth.

Previously, Mr. Williams was the Chief Revenue Officer at Degreed where he expanded its global go-to-market team from 50 to 350 people, growing the company’s revenue and increasing its valuation by 1400% during his tenure. Prior, he was the Head of Sales in the Americas at Dropbox, where he built a large enterprise sales organization, which drove tens of millions in enterprise sales. Mr. Williams also spent nearly seven years at Google in various leadership positions, including expanding market penetration for Google Cloud, and recruiting and training Austin-based sales teams.
