TJ Williams is an Operating Partner at Brighton Park Capital. TJ leads the firm's go-to-market advisory practice and advises many of the firm's portfolio companies with a focus on Enterprise and Mid Market B2B motions. He has played an active role in supporting the firm's investments in Posit, LucidLink and PortSwigger, driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining BPC in 2024, TJ founded Tamarack Growth Advisory, was the COO of Humu, and was the Chief Revenue Officer at Degreed. While at Degreed, revenue increased 9x, raising the valuation 1400% to $1.4B during his tenure. Joining before the Series C, he helped raise $266M in venture capital over multiple rounds, and built a truly global GTM organization.
Before Degreed, TJ was Head of Sales for Americas of Dropbox, and a very early employee at Google Cloud. TJ received a degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
