Tiger Tyagarajan joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in May of 2024. He currently serves on the board of MathCo, a Brighton Park portfolio company.
Tiger spent the last 30+ years of his career as a leader driving digital and business transformation in the global enterprise space. He played a pivotal role in pioneering a new global business model and built and transformed a division of General Electric (GE Capital International Services) into Genpact that is a 130,000 person, $4.5B enterprise with operations in 30+ countries.
After serving as Genpact’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2024 he transitioned to his successor and now continues on the Board. He is also on the boards of Kantar, the world’s leading marketing data and analytics company; and Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider. He is also a Senior Advisor to BCG as well as a few PE and VC firms.
In his role at Genpact as the CEO, Tiger played a strategic role in shaping the company and was intimately involved in driving the leverage of GenAI and other cloud technologies as well as data and analytics in large global corporations across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare and HiTech industries.
He frequently writes and speaks on topics such as digital disruption, building global talent and leaders, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture. He often coaches and mentors teams and leaders particularly on topics of scaling businesses, leveraging technology, AI and analytics and leadership and culture in an AI world.
Prior to Genpact, Tiger spent many years at the Unilever Group, Citibank, and GE in a variety of roles spanning sales, global technology and operations, risk management, and business leadership.
Tiger has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. He now splits his time between London, New York, and Mumbai.
