Steve Van Kuiken

Steve Van Kuiken joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in September of 2023. Steve is a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company in New Jersey. In his 25-yearcareer at McKinsey Steve advised senior leaders of organizations across the private and public sectors, with a focus on helping CEOs and CIOs understand and realize the possibilities of technology-enabled change. Steve founded and built McKinsey’s Healthcare Technology Practice into a thriving global capability. Heled the North American Digital Practice and he founded and led McKinsey Technology which is the firm’s global technology transformation practice, one of its largest and fastest growing practices. Steve served on numerous firm governance bodies including the Firm Risk Committee, the Personal Standards Committee and the Senior Partner Election Committee.

Prior to McKinsey, Steve was a divisional CIO at Baxter Healthcare and a consultant at Andersen Consulting.
