Nancy Altobello

Nancy Altobello joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in July of 2019. Nancy recently retired from Ernst & Young (EY) as the Global Vice Chair of Talent. Throughout her career at EY, Nancy served clients in the technology and consumer products sector, was the Managing Partner of the Northeast Audit and Advisory business and COO of the North American Audit and Advisory business. As the Global Vice Chair of Talent, Nancy transformed Talent to be a competitive differentiator for EY. Under her leadership, EY was recognized as the preferred professional service firm for college graduates by Universum, a best multinational employer by Great Place to Work, and won multiple awards for learning and development programs and for diversity and inclusiveness.

Nancy is currently a board member of MarketAxess Holdings, Amphenol, Wex Inc., HR Acuity, Ports America, and Fidelity Charitable and is an adviser to Censia. Nancy is active in the community as a board member of Mentor National Partnership and a trustee at Fairfield University. She received a BS in Accounting from Fairfield University.
