Mike Clayville joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in December of 2024. Mike has spent more than three decades leading field operations for both startups and large tech, repeatedly out-performing revenue goals and creating long-lasting customer relationships.
Mike was previously the Chief Customer Officer at Stripe. In his first three years at Stripe, he grew the company’s enterprise business from under $1 million to $3 billion. Prior to joining Stripe, Mike was the global head of commercial sales at AWS, leading sales to millions of businesses in 170 different countries.
An expert at business development, marketing and operations, Mike has held senior positions at VMware, BEA Systems, Tivoli Systems, and IBM. Outside the office, Mike is passionate about advancing cancer research. He is the founder of the Clayville Foundation, which uses big data to help find the cure for cancer. He also serves as a board member for the Fred Hutch Cancer Center.
