Ezra Berman is a Senior Associate at Brighton Park Capital. Ezra’s primary responsibilities include deal sourcing, completing due diligence on prospective investments, and working with portfolio companies on value creation. During his time at Brighton Park, Ezra has been involved with the firm's investments in Coralogix, Darktrace, Impartner, and MathCo.

Prior to joining BPC in August of 2021, Ezra worked at Moelis & Company working across both Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Advisory.
