Emily Fischgrund is a Talent Associate at Brighton Park Capital, where she focuses on sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent to support the firm's portfolio companies. Before joining BPC in March of 2025, Emily spent a year and a half at DSJ Global, a brand of Phaidon International, where she specialized in recruiting high-caliber candidates across various industries. During this time, she gained extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, candidate assessment, and relationship management.
Emily holds a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University - Bloomington.
