Adam Rogers joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in August of 2025. He currently serves on the board of Red Rover, a Brighton Park portfolio company.

Adam is a seasoned technology executive, investor, and board member with over 20 years of experience leading and scaling SaaS companies. He began his career as the first intern at Ultimate Software (NASDAQ: ULTI), where he played a pivotal role in launching the first enterprise SaaS product in 2001. Rising to CTO and later CEO, Adam helped grow ULTI to over $1.4B in recurring revenue, fostering a culture ranked #2 on Fortune’s Best Places to Work with employee retention consistently above 95%.

During his tenure, ULTI was publicly traded for 21 years before Adam led its $11B take-private transaction with Hellman & Friedman and Blackstone. One year later, he orchestrated a $22B merger with Kronos to form UKG - one of the largest private software companies in the world.

After the merger, Adam stepped away from the business and now serves as a board member and senior advisor to multiple growth-stage companies and remains active as a venture investor, particularly focused on product-led SaaS businesses and people-first cultures.
